Are the pieces really handmade?
Yes. Everything is produced in small runs by workshops we buy from directly. That is why finishes vary slightly between pieces, and why some items sell out for a few weeks at a time.
Do you take cash on delivery?
Yes, on orders up to ₹10,000, with a ₹49 handling fee. Above that we ask you to pay online so the courier is not carrying large sums.
How do I care for ceramics and brass?
Wipe ceramics with a damp cloth; avoid the dishwasher, which dulls a matte glaze. Brass darkens over time — leave it if you like the patina, or bring the shine back with a little lemon and bicarbonate of soda.
Can I order something in a different size or colour?
Sometimes. For larger pieces the workshops can occasionally accommodate a custom size. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Razorpay, and card details never reach our servers. Every payment is verified server-side before an order is confirmed.
