What we collect
To fulfil an order we store your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We keep a record of what you ordered and its status. If you create an account we store a one-way hash of your password, never the password itself.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered on their systems and never reach ours. We retain only the payment and order identifiers needed to verify a payment and handle refunds or disputes.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly, meaning scripts on the page cannot read it. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account, or ask us to delete your account entirely. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, even after an account is closed.
