Terms of sale

Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is a request to buy; the contract forms when we confirm it. If a piece is mispriced or turns out to be unavailable, we will cancel and refund rather than substitute something else without asking.
Handmade variation
Our pieces are made by hand and photographed under studio lighting. Slight differences in colour, grain, glaze and dimensions are expected and are not grounds for a faulty-goods claim. Transit damage is, and is covered by our returns policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been used by someone else.
Liability
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
